I believe in the power of strong provider-patient relationships, working collaboratively with individuals to empower them on their journey to optimal health. I am passionate about educating my patients, encouraging them to make informed decisions, and supporting them in achieving their health goals.

I am married and a proud mother of two boys. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, reading, going on walks and doing puzzles. I’m originally from Kansas, so of course, I love watching and cheering on the Jayhawks.
